Welcome to UnCola, a mobile app designed to support individuals on their journey to quit sugary sodas and develop healthier habits.

By using UnCola ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to disrupt its functionality.

3. Subscription and Billing

UnCola offers a 7-day free trial, after which you will be charged $2.99/month unless canceled. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and animations, is the property of the developer and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

5. Disclaimer

UnCola is a wellness tool and is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional for any concerns about your health or addiction.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
